Point
・認知症で障害される主な認知機能は，記憶障害，見当識障害，遂行機能障害，失語，失行，失認である．
・アルツハイマー病では早期より，記憶障害に加え，見当識障害，遅延再生障害，構成障害が生じる．
・レビー小体型認知症は，はじまりは記憶障害以外の症状であり，認知機能の変動があり，注意障害が目立つ．
・高齢者は，糖尿病や高血圧症などの生活習慣病が，認知症の原因となり，血管危険因子の加療が発症を抑制し，進行を遅らせる．
