Point
・栄養状態の心血管病発症リスクは年齢により異なる.
・慢性心不全などの心血管病を抱える高齢者の死亡リスクは過体重,肥満者が低く,“obesity paradox”が存在する.
・心血管病を抱える高齢者は定期的な栄養評価(スクリーニング)が必要である.
