Point
・CGAは，高齢者を診るうえで必須のツールであり，CGAを行うことでその患者に適したオーダーメイド治療を実践できる．
・CGAの項目は多岐にわたるため，まずは簡便化されたものを用いてスクリーニングを行う．
・CGAを行うと，通常の診療だけでは見落としがちな，認知症やうつをはじめとする併存症やフレイルを早期に発見でき，QOLの低下防止に有用である．
