Point
・高齢者の高血圧では，血圧動揺性が増加するために降圧療法に伴う転倒などの有害事象の発生に注意する．
・高齢者に対する降圧療法の恩恵は，身体機能やADLの低下により減弱，消失することに留意する．
・各降圧薬が高齢者に及ぼす降圧以外の影響を認識して使い分けをすることが求められる．
