緩和ケア

Point
・緩和ケアは，患者の予後ではなく身体的，精神心理的，社会的，スピリチュアルな問題への「ニーズ」に応じて，循環器治療と並行して提供されるべきものである．
・大部分の緩和ケアを「基本的緩和ケア」として循環器医療従事者が提供する体制が必要である．一方で，複雑で困難な問題への対処が求められる時には適宜緩和ケア専門家と協働する．
・心不全治療も緩和ケアも定期的な見直しと最適化が必要である．
