Point
・がん治療関連心機能障害（CTRCD）は欧州心臓病学会により「左室駆出率が10%以上低下し，かつ正常下限（一般的には55%）未満」と定義された．
・がん治療関連心血管毒性は心機能障害，心不全，血栓塞栓症，高血圧症など多様であり，がん治療の発展・新薬の出現で新しい有害事象が増え続けている．
・高齢者では，個々のリスクや血行動態を考慮し腫瘍医と連携した集学的医療が一層求められる．
