冠攣縮性狭心症

Point
・冠攣縮は，多くの循環器疾患の病態に関与している．
・冠攣縮性狭心症の発作時の心電図はST上昇だけでなく，ST降下や陰性U波もありうる．
・一症例ごとに丁寧に心電図を判読していくことが，重要である．
