急性A型大動脈解離における心電図変化について

Point
・急性A型大動脈解離では高率に心電図変化を来す．
・約1/3に慢性変化，約1/2に急性のST-T変化を来し，正常心電図は約1/4の症例にすぎない．
・心電図異常を伴う胸部背部痛，意識障害，ショック例には，急性冠症候群以外にも大動脈解離を強く疑う必要がある．
