J波症候群

Point
・12誘導心電図で，下壁または側壁誘導の2誘導以上で0.1mV以上のJ点上昇を伴う，スラーまたはノッチを認める場合をJ波と定義する．
・J波は男性，若年者，アスリート，アフリカ系アメリカ人，アジア人に多く認め，特発性心室細動との関連が報告されている．
・一般集団にも認めるが，ハイリスク心電図所見として，高振幅，広範囲の誘導での出現，水平型/下降型のST部分，低いT波，徐脈依存性の振幅の増大などが知られている．
