Point
・成人先天性心疾患（ACHD）の手術は決して根治術ではなく，生涯にわたる経過観察が必要である．
・ACHD診療体制の確立を目的に，JNCVD-ACHDの設置，専門医制度が開始された．
・循環器内科医を中心に，各科が連携してACHD患者を総合的に診る体制作りが必要である．
