Point
・成人PDAは小児PDAとは異なる解剖学的特徴や病態的背景を有している．
・CTによる術前評価は，治療ストラテジーの検討や合併症回避に有用な可能性がある．
・ADO Ⅱの登場により，PDAのカテーテル治療の選択肢が広がった．
・心不全や併存疾患を有する高齢者PDAに対しては，ハートチームによる集学的アプローチが重要である．
