Point
・右室流出路機能不全に対する介入時期はいまだ明らかでない部分があり,症状,画像診断などで総合的に判断し,右室が非可逆性変化を起こす前に介入する必要がある.
・経カテーテル肺動脈弁置換術は手術の代替となる可能性がある.またその低侵襲性から,手術と組み合わせることで,患者の生活の質を向上できる可能性がある.
・小児循環器医,小児心臓外科医,循環器内科医,コメディカルなどがハートチームを形成し,成人先天性心疾患術後患者を包括的に診療することが重要である.
