Point
・強度変調放射線治療(IMRT),定位放射線治療(SRT)のほか,粒子線治療といった高精度放射線療法により,患者個々へのオーダーメイド的治療が可能となり,心臓照射が回避され,RACD発症リスクが劇的に低減している.
・RACDでは晩期障害が主体であり,慢性心膜疾患,冠動脈病変,心筋症,弁膜疾患そして伝導障害の多くが数年から数十年の経過をもって顕在化する.
・RACDは晩期発症が多く,診断を見逃さぬようRACDについての患者教育が肝要である.
・高血圧,喫煙など心血管疾患リスク因子の適正管理は,RACDのリスク低減に極めて重要である.
