Point
・原因が特定できない拡張型心筋症においては，炎症の進展が病態基盤に存在する．その炎症の主な原因は，感染と自己免疫である．
・心筋症における免疫異常を標的とした治療介入には，いまだ確立されたものはない．治療標的を見いだすには，さらに多くの知見の蓄積が必要である．
