Point
・HFrEFは，日本のガイドラインでは左室駆出率40%未満，国際的な定義では40%以下である．
・HFrEFの主な原因として，虚血性心疾患と心筋症があり，治療においてもその鑑別が重要である．
・HFrEFの半数以上の症例で左室拡大（リモデリング）による二次性僧帽弁閉鎖不全を認める．
