Point
・周産期心筋症は，心筋症既往のない妊産婦が発症するHFrEFである．
・多様な疾患背景をもち，妊娠高血圧症候群や多胎妊娠などが危険因子である．
・妊娠関連ホルモン，血管障害，アルドステロンなどの病因可能性が報告されている．
