HCMと二次性心筋症：鑑別への一歩

Point
・肥大型心筋症の病因・臨床病型・予後は多様であるとともに，肥大型心筋症は若年者の突然死の原因疾患として最も頻度が高い．
・肥大型心筋症は生涯にわたる左室リモデリング（lifelong remodeling）の過程で病態が変化しうるため，その点に留意してマネジメントしていく．
・肥大型心筋症の診断には可能な限り二次性心筋症を除外する必要があり，年齢・家族歴・心臓外所見は鑑別診断に重要な情報である．
