心エコー検査

Point
・心エコー図は，肥大型心筋症や高血圧性心肥大，心アミロイドーシス，心Fabry病など心肥大を来す疾患の診断と鑑別に有用である．
・肥大型心筋症における心エコー図では，病期に応じて様々な機能的・構造的異常を来すことを理解して検査にあたる．
・肥大型心筋症における左室流出路狭窄の有無や機序は，治療指針を立てるうえで重要な評価項目である．
・肥大型心筋症では，長期的には心尖部瘤形成や拡張相への移行が生じることがあり，症状の有無にかかわらず定期的な心エコー図が必要である．
