Point
・肥大心の鑑別・予後推定にはシネMRIと遅延造影が必須である．
・シネMRIはエコーで死角となりやすい前側壁や心尖部，右室の評価に有用である．
・遅延造影は肥大心鑑別のゲートキーパーとなりうる．
