HCM突然死予防へのアプローチ

Point
・突然死は，肥大型心筋症（HCM）患者における最も重大な死因である．
・HCMのガイドラインに準じた，突然死リスクの層別化を行うことが重要である．
・植込み型除細動器（ICD）により，HCM患者の生命予後を改善することが可能である．
