Point
・左室緻密化障害は，新生児期から成人まで発症時期は幅広く，臨床像が多彩である．
・遺伝性が高く遺伝学的検査が診断に有用である．
・臨床病型と遺伝子型にサブタイプがあり，サブタイプ分類は診療に有用である．
・心不全治療，不整脈治療に加えて，血栓塞栓症の予防が重要である．
