Point
・左室緻密化障害は,新生児期から成人まで発症時期は幅広く,臨床像が多彩である.
・遺伝性が高く遺伝学的検査が診断に有用である.
・臨床病型と遺伝子型にサブタイプがあり,サブタイプ分類は診療に有用である.
・心不全治療,不整脈治療に加えて,血栓塞栓症の予防が重要である.
