冠動脈ステント留置患者への適切な抗血小板療法とは？

Point
・PCI術後にはステント血栓症の予防のためにアスピリンとチエノピリジン系抗血小板薬の併用投与（DAPT）が主流となっている．
・DAPTを継続することは出血性合併症を増す危険性があり，中止または減量によって血栓性イベントを増す危険性がある．その両者のトレードオフで比較すべき問題である．
・抗凝固薬に加えてDAPTを投与する抗血栓薬3剤投与の期間は，できるだけ短くすることが大切である．
