Point
・冠攣縮の重症度に応じたCa拮抗薬・冠拡張薬を選択する．
・重症例や治療抵抗性冠攣縮性狭心症例には，十分量の冠拡張薬を投与する．
・冠攣縮性狭心症におけるCa拮抗薬・冠拡張薬の減量・中止は慎重に検討する．
