PCI時代の虚血性心疾患に対するβ遮断薬，硝酸薬の役割は？

Point
・陳旧性心筋梗塞，左室収縮障害を有する例では，β遮断薬投与により予後改善効果がある．
・上記のない症例では，β遮断薬投与の目的は虚血症状の改善である．
・硝酸薬は古くから使われている薬剤だが，長期ルーチン投与についてはエビデンスが乏しい．
