HFrEF患者へのβ遮断薬療法のコツ

Point
・HFrEF患者に対してわが国で保険適用となるβ遮断薬には，カルベジロールとビソプロロールがある．
・カルベジロールがα遮断作用を有するのに対し，ビソプロロールはβ₁選択性である．
・ビソプロロールのほうがカルベジロールよりも心拍数低下作用が強い．
・近年承認されたイバブラジンと上手に併用することが，β遮断薬を効果的に使用するカギとなる．
