Point
・β遮断薬は，安全性と有効性を兼ね備えており，低心機能・心不全例の上室不整脈から心室不整脈まで幅広く使用可能である．
・β遮断薬には貼付剤および急性期に使用可能な静注薬も存在し，汎用性が高い．
