アミオダロンとベプリジルを使いこなす

Point
・アミオダロンとベプリジルは肝代謝型のマルチチャネル遮断薬であり，半減期が長い．
・アミオダロンは交感神経抑制作用と血管拡張作用を有し，低心機能・心不全例にも有用である．
・アミオダロンは肺毒性と甲状腺機能亢進症，ベプリジルはQT延長に伴う心室頻拍に注意する．
