Point
・経口抗凝固薬は，ワルファリンから，2011年以降に登場したDOACに世代交代した．
・DOACは頻繁なモニタリングも不要で，固定用量で用いることができるが，添付文書に則った用量選択を遵守する．
・出血性副作用に注意が必要で，出血の予防と，出血時の迅速かつ的確な対処が重要である．
