Point
・薬剤溶出ステントを使用した冠動脈インターベンションの成績は経年的に向上している．
・急性冠症候群の末梢塞栓予防，石灰化病変，分岐部病変，慢性完全閉塞病変，再狭窄病変，透析患者，ステント内の新規動脈硬化が残された課題である．
・ステントストラットを薄くする，ステントのデザインを工夫する，アテレクトミー・イメージングデバイスなどを併用するなどによって成績改善の試みが続けられている．
