Point
・外科的大動脈弁置換術（SAVR）の低リスク群に対しても，経カテーテル大動脈弁留置術（TAVI）の適応は拡大された．
・カテーテル人工弁の10年超の長期耐久性について，確立していく必要がある．
・TAVIかSAVRかは，患者の予後，解剖学的特徴，希望まで含めた，総合的な判断が必要である．
