Point
・外科的大動脈弁置換術(SAVR)の低リスク群に対しても,経カテーテル大動脈弁留置術(TAVI)の適応は拡大された.
・カテーテル人工弁の10年超の長期耐久性について,確立していく必要がある.
・TAVIかSAVRかは,患者の予後,解剖学的特徴,希望まで含めた,総合的な判断が必要である.
