経皮的僧帽弁交連切開術（PTMC）

Point
・僧帽弁交連部の一方に石灰化があると，PTMC後に対側でMRが増悪するリスクがある．
・PTMC後に有意なMRの増悪なく，僧帽弁口面積1.75 cm²以上が理想の目標である．
・近年，PTMCの適応は，高齢者における低侵襲治療としての役割も求められている．
