経皮的僧帽弁クリップ術（MitraClip）

Point
・MitraClip^®は，外科的edge-to-edge techniqueが元になっている経静脈-経心房中隔アプローチで行う僧帽弁閉鎖不全症に対するカテーテルデバイスである．
・逸脱弁尖による一次性MRに対しては，外科的僧帽弁形成術のリスクが高く，解剖学的にMitraClip治療に適した症例に適用される．
・心筋梗塞や拡張型心筋症などに伴う二次性MRに対しては，MRのみの介入の場合，外科手術リスクにかかわらず，解剖学的にMitraClip治療に適していれば適用されることが多い．
