Point
・多くの先天性心疾患症例が成人期に達し，成人先天性心疾患数は毎年増加を続けている．
・本邦の経皮的心房中隔欠損閉鎖術は1万例以上の実績をもつが，周術期死亡ゼロである．
・心房中隔欠損閉鎖栓はGORE社デバイスが承認され，合計3種類の閉鎖栓が使用可能である．
