Point
・成人PDAは小児PDAとは異なる解剖学的特徴や病態的背景を有している．
・PDAのカテーテル治療は，低侵襲かつ安全で成功率の高い治療法である．
・個々のPDA形態に対応したデバイス選択，治療ストラテジーの検討が重要である．
