経皮的中隔心筋焼灼術（PTSMA）

Point
・薬物治療下でも心不全症状があり，左室内圧較差が50 mmHg以上残存する場合は，中隔縮小術（SRT）の適応となる．
・PTSMAは肥大した中隔心筋をエタノールにより凝固壊死させ，左室内圧較差を改善する．
・外科的中隔心筋切除術（SM）と同等の予後改善効果が期待できる．
