三尖弁カテーテル治療の最前線

Point
・三尖弁閉鎖不全は肺動脈圧，左室駆出率や右室サイズとは独立した予後不良マーカーである．
・三尖弁閉鎖不全への単独手術介入はほとんどの適応患者に対して行われてこなかったが，より低侵襲であるカテーテル治療が欧州を中心に普及しつつある．
・三尖弁閉鎖不全へのカテーテル治療による修復により，症状や心不全再発率の抑制が得られる．
