Point
・脳主幹動脈閉塞による急性期脳梗塞に対し，血栓回収療法の有効性が確立した．
・臨床転帰改善を目標に，血栓回収療法と薬物の併用療法の臨床試験が進んでいる．
・血栓回収療法の適応拡大を目的としたランダム化比較試験が行われている．
