Point
・腎動脈狭窄症の血行再建は,粥状硬化性に対してステント留置,線維筋性異形成症に対してバルーン形成術が第一選択である.
・腎デナベーションは,降圧療法としての有効性がいまだ検討中である.
・動脈硬化性末梢動脈疾患に対する血管内治療の成績は向上し,適応は拡大している.
