Point
・循環器救急の心エコーとしてのFOCUSは最低限評価すべきである．
・FOCUSに加え，急性期には，①血行動態評価（うっ血と低心拍出の有無），②通常の心不全治療を行ってよい病態か，③緊急で介入が必要な疾患か，を見極める．
・それ以上の詳細な包括的心エコー診断は，急性期を乗り切った後に行えばよい．
