Point
・てんかん発作には痙攣性と非痙攣性があり,後者の頻度が高い.
・全身性痙攣性てんかん重積状態は抗けんれん薬により直ちに発作を止めることが重要である.
・持続脳波モニタリングは非痙攣性てんかん重積状態の診断および予後評価に用いられる.
