Point
・心原性肺水腫に対する呼吸管理では，非侵襲性陽圧換気（NPPV）が非常に有用である．
・NPPVをはじめ陽圧換気を実施する際には，陽圧換気の循環への悪影響を常に念頭に置きながら管理する．
