補助循環法（IABP，Impella，PCPS/VA-ECMO）

Point
・補助循環法の導入にあたっては，おのおのの補助循環法により得られる①末梢臓器灌流，②心筋保護/心機能回復，③介入スピード/侵襲度，④想定使用期間を考慮する．
・補助循環法の選択の際，左心不全/右心不全/両心不全のいずれかを，血行動態の指標を参考に判断する．
・心原性ショックの治療では，多職種・多部門により構成されたショックチームで対処することが患者の予後改善につながる．
