Point
・「どのような患者に」，「どのタイミングで」，「どの方法で行うか」．
・体液過剰状態で薬物療法に抵抗性を感じたら，すぐにECUMもしくはCHDFを実施する．
・身体所見，胸部X線写真，心エコーなどで繰り返し観察し「手の引き際」を意識する．
