COVID-19に関連するショック

Point
・COVID-19では，直接的な血管内皮障害と，炎症性サイトカインによる様々な二次的反応によって心血管障害が起こる．
・心血管障害としては，心筋梗塞，心筋炎/心筋症，不整脈，心不全，肺塞栓症などがある．
・COVID-19に関連するショックには，心原性ショック，敗血症性ショック，肺塞栓症による閉塞性ショックがある．
