Point
・心囊貯留物の量だけでなく，貯留速度と心囊の伸展性が病態を決定する．
・超音波検査は診断・治療とも必須である．
・X線透視で，左前斜位60°，心臓後壁の動きは診断に有用である．
・心囊穿刺は古典的心尖部アプローチにこだわらず，超音波所見で決める．
