重症急性肺血栓塞栓症によるショック

Point
・心停止，臨床的ショック，15分以上持続する血圧低下例を高リスクと認識する．
・高リスク例には，抗凝固療法だけでなく肺血栓塞栓への直達治療を行う．
・直達治療は血栓溶解療法を第一選択とし，出血リスクが高い例には血栓摘除術を行う．
