敗血症性ショックの管理

Point
・敗血症性ショックでは，ショック管理と原因となっている感染症の診断・治療を並行して行う．
・ショック管理では，初期蘇生輸液，早期からの血管収縮薬投与が重要である．
・経験的抗菌薬投与と外科的感染巣コントロールの必要性の評価を迅速に行い，必要ならば外科医へコンサルテーションを行う．
