急性心不全

ここが変わった！
●過去のスタンダード
　・急性心不全の院内死亡率は高く，予後は依然として厳しい状況にある．
　・急性心不全を対象に血管拡張薬や強心薬など様々な臨床試験が行われてきたが，強固なエビデンスにつながる結果を得ることは難しかった．
●現在のスタンダード
　・治療の時間軸に関する注目が高まっており，早期のうっ血解除を目的とした治療介入が求められる．
　・急性心不全においても左室駆出率（EF）を参考に病態をとらえ，新規の心不全薬剤の有効性など，現在次々に検証されている段階であり，引き続きエビデンスに対する注意を続けることが重要である．
