●過去のスタンダード
　・発作性上室性頻拍や心房粗動がアブレーション治療の中心だった．
　・心房細動治療において，肺静脈隔離術が難しく，施設や術者が限られていた．
●現在のスタンダード
　・3Dマッピングシステムにより，正確なカテーテル位置情報の把握が可能となっている．
　・心房細動治療では，肺静脈隔離術の重要性が再認識され，症例の中心となっている．
　・肺静脈隔離治療には高周波以外にバルーン治療の選択肢が出現し，広まっている．
