●過去のスタンダード
　・スポーツ心臓と病的左室肥大の鑑別は，経験に基づいて行われていた．
　・スポーツ参加・禁止の基準は，20年以上前から存在していた．
　・新型コロナウイルス感染症罹患を想定したスポーツ復帰の指針が存在しなかった．
●現在のスタンダード
　・スポーツ心臓と病的左室肥大の鑑別は，問診，各種検査所見を参考に行われる．
　・スポーツ参加・禁止の基準は，欧米の見解を踏まえてアップデートされている．
　・新型コロナウイルス感染症罹患後のスポーツ復帰指針が存在する．
